The practical elements of this course are essential as they provide you with necessary hands- on experience. It is vital that you are physically able to take part in the practical parts of the course.

You are required to attend the full duration of the course. Delegates who fail to complete the full course will not be eligible for evaluation or issued with a certificate. In this case there will be no refund entitlement.

When attending a 2 Day Re-qualification course you must provide evidence that you currently hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate. This will also need to be shown to the trainer on the first day of the course.

Wallace Cameron Training reserves the right to reschedule training courses prior to course commencement dates.

Full payment will be required before the date of the course.

VAT will be added to all prices quoted.

When notified of a cancellation, Wallace Cameron Training will issue you with a cancellation number. This number should be retained for future reference and quoted on any further correspondence.

Course cancellations must be submitted in writing and may incur cancellation fees depending on the amount of notice given prior to the course commencement date. Please see our cancellation terms below:

7-14 days 50% – payment required

An administration fee of £50.00 will be added to your invoice if you wish to reschedule a course.
