Frequently Asked Questions…….

Q) How long does my qualification/certificate last for?

A) All qualifications/certificates are valid for 3 years apart from the AED qualification/certificate which is valid for 1 year.

Q) When will I receive my certificate for the course I attended?

A) We aim for all certificates to be sent out within 14 days of the course taking place.

Q) Can I get a replacement certificate?

A) Yes – for an admin fee of £15.

Q) Do you provide courses on a weekend?

A) Yes – If you would like a trainer to come on-site to deliver a course, however all of our external courses are held on a week day.

Q) How do I go about booking a course?

Q) What do I need to take with me to a course?

A) All courses have a practical element to them, so please ensure you wear comfortable clothing, if this course is at one of our external venues then you will need to provide your own lunch as tea/coffee is only provided at break times.

Q) What if I miss some of the course or I arrive late?

A) You must attend the full course to gain certification. Delegates arriving late may be turned away at the instructor’s discretion.

Q) How many delegates will be on my course?

A) We have a ratio of 1 trainer to every 12 delegates

Q) What should I do if I have learning difficulties?

A) Please advise us as soon as possible if you are able to, so we can ensure the trainer is made aware of this prior to the course, alternatively, there is a section on the course enrollment form that you can tick, the trainer then gathers and looks through the forms and will talk to you discreetly on first break about how they can help to ensure you get the most out of the course.
