Our Courses

Mental health problems affect around one in four people in any given year. They range from common problems, such as depression and anxiety, to rarer problems such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Most people know someone who has experienced a mental health problem. They can happen to all kinds of people from all walks of life.

We have three courses available to teach you more and enable you to put your hand out and offer the resources and compassion to help.

4 hr – Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health

Level 1 RQF regulated course – this is suitable for anyone


1 Day – First Aid For Mental Health

Level 2 RQF regulated course – this is advised at Supervisor/Team leader level


2 Day – Supervising First aid For Mental Health

Level 3 RQF regulated course– this is more suited to higher Management, Responsible, trusted individual – Level 3 course helps management to put a mental health strategy in place in compliance with current HSE directions
